This "Mickey's Magic" is an affordable luxury townhouse located in the heart of the exclusive Emerald Island gated resort community, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida.
This is one of the few units with a natural setting including a fishing pond and conservation area just out the back door.

Our townhouse is equipped with 4 TVs, 4 DVD Players, cable service including HBO as well as high-speed broadband cable Wi-Fi (wireless 802.11g and 802.11b) Internet access.
Downstairs we have the kitchen, Laundry Room (with full size washer and dryer), Half Bath, Dining Room and Living Room. There is a small covered patio off the Living Room over-looking the natural preservation pond. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils. All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom (with en suite Bathroom), the Second and Third Bedrooms and the Second Bathroom. There is a small balcony off the Master Bedroom overlooking the pond.
Traveling with children? You will be pleased to know that our townhouse is smoke-free and pet-free. It is also equipped with High chair, Portable crib and Stair gates for your use, at no extra charge.

With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Emerald Island resort. The club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at our Town House.
You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room; go for a walk in Community nature walk areas; have a barbecue; stay in touch using the Community IT Center; meet your clients in resort meeting rooms or enjoy a game of volley ball or unwind in the community sauna/spa/pools.
Kids will have hours of enjoyment in the Children's playground as well. On those evenings when you don't feel like cooking, you can visit the many near-by restaurants.
